Practice Overview
Mr. Jones has been a practicing bankruptcy attorney for the last two decades. He has primarily focussed on representing corporate defendants in preference and fraudulent conveyance litigation. Mr. Jones has a national client base and he has also represented corporate clients based in Europe and the Far East.
Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Jones served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Cecilia Goetz in Long Island, New York and for Judge Conrad Duberstein in Brooklyn, New York.
Mr. Jones is the founder of the National Association of Bankruptcy Litigators (NABL).
When not representing clients, Mr. Jones enjoys sailing and playing Texas Hold’em poker.
